(Armored vehicles protective plates)
APPOINTMENT:
Designed to protect military vehicles and light tracked and wheeled armored vehicles; ground robotic complexes (GRC); telecommunications equipment (including Starlink) and other products,
requiring a higher level of protection.
Used as an anti-fragmentation
and a bulletproof lining installed
from the inside of the main armor
vehicle.

Advantages:
manufacturing of protective elements according to customer drawings;
adaptation of shape, size and design to a specific product;
selection of the optimal level of anti-fragmentation resistance (V50 according to STANAG 2920 standard)
selection of configuration according to operating conditions;
serial and small-scale production
Design features:
Materials
Composite ballistic plates are made of aramid fabric and/or high molecular weight polyethylene and other materials, depending on the customer's requirements for weight, ballistic resistance, and flame resistance.
Ballistic resistance
According to STANAG 2920, it provides resistance to damage by standard F5 fragment simulators, weighing 1.1 g ± 0.03 g, with an index
V50 not less than 500 m/s from a distance of 5 m ± 0.5 m, reinforced element provides V50 ≥ 720 m/s (FSP = 1.102 g)
Specific weight: from 4.6 kg/m2; thickness – from 4.5 mm
Fastening to the body part: using bolts or using special glue

Installed elements on an armored vehicle
Ballistic tests of plates are conducted in a specialized accredited laboratory, the results are documented in the appropriate Protocol.
Warranty period : for storage - 5 years; for operation - 1 year
During the warranty period, the manufacturer guarantees the preservation of the characteristics specified above.
"BOR" Ballistic element

APPOINTMENT:
The "BOR" ballistic element is intended for installation as lining elements of external body parts in order to enhance ballistic protection of military vehicles and light armored vehicles.
Conformity:
-
VST 01.301.003-2020 (02) (STANAG 2920 Ed. 3 / AEP-2920 Ed. A Ver: 2, IDT);
-
DSTU 8835:2019: 1st or 2nd level of ballistic resistance under different climatic conditions
Basic tactical and technical characteristics
Individual element:
Ballistic resistance (V50 according to STANAG 2920) is at a level of at least
500 m/s (FSP = 1.102 g)
Ballistic resistance of reinforced platinum BOR
≥ 720 m/s (FSP = 1.102 g)
Element combined with armor:
provides additional protection and retention of secondary fragments when hit by a 7.62 mm armor-piercing B-32 bullet from a distance of 10 m

Fastening to body parts:
with the help of beads.
The level of bullet and fragmentation resistance can be increased without a significant increase in weight.
Dimensions and design can be adjusted at the customer's request.
